The lister is responsible for the safety of the product and for its not harming the user's health; the lister must report to the Authority any harm, manufacturing errors, recalls, modifications and misuse, keep a product information file, and document wholesale sales.

The article makes the lister responsible for the safety of the cosmetic product and for it not harming the user's health under normal use following the label's instructions.
يكون المُدرِج مسؤولًا عن الآتي: 1 - مأمونية المنتج التجميلي. 2 - ألا يسبب المنتج التجميلي أي ضرر بصحة المستخدم تحت الظروف العادية للاستخدام وفقًا لإرشادات الاستخدام والتخلص منه الموضحة في بيانات الملصق التعريفي للمنتج.

The article places five obligations on the lister: reporting harm, manufacturing errors and recalls, keeping the product information file, reporting modifications, documenting wholesale sales, and reporting misuse.

The lister must withdraw or recall a cosmetic product when the Authority decides so; if it does not do so within the set period, the Authority withdraws and destroys it, as applicable, at the lister's expense.
إذا قررت الهيئة سحب المنتج التجميلي أو استدعاءه فيلتزم المُدرِج بالقيام بذلك، وإذا لم يقم بسحبه أو استدعائه خلال المدة التي تحددها الهيئة، فعليها سحبه وإتلافه - بحسب الأحوال - على حسابه وفقًا للإجراءات التي تحددها اللائحة.
