Objecting to Classification Decisions in the Saudi Contractors Classification Law

A committee of at least three members, including one qualified in Sharia or law, formed by the Minister for three years, hears contractors' objections to classification decisions and violations and approves penalties by reasoned majority decisions; its decision may be appealed to the Administrative Court.
