Original text before repeal (Arabic)
يصدر الوزير -خلال (مائة وثمانين) يومًا من تاريخ نشر النظام في الجريدة الرسمية- لائحة تنظيم السجل الموحد للرهون التجارية، على أن تتضمن ما يأتي:
1- إجراءات التسجيل ومستنداته وأطرافه.
2- إجراءات الاطلاع على السجل والحصول على كشف يبين الرهون.
3- إجراءات الحصول على مستخرج السند التنفيذي للعقد المسجل مبينًا فيه عدد مرتهني المال المرهون نفسه.
4- إجراءات الحصول على مستخرج التنفيذ المباشر.
5- الأحكام الخاصة بالمحافظة على سرية البيانات والمعلومات.
6- مسؤولية السجل والمتعاملين معه، ومعايير تقدير التعويض عن الضرر الذي قد يلحقه متعامل بأي طرف.
7- المقابل المالي للتسجيل والتعديل والحصول على أي من خدمات السجل.
