Commercial data must be written in Arabic and be true, on products, shops, invoices and advertisements; and the Minister of Commerce may ban importing or selling products without data and specify how it is to be displayed.

The article requires a commercial datum to be written in Arabic at least and be true in all respects, whether placed on the product, shop, packaging, invoice or advertisement.
يجب أن يكون البيان التجاري مكتوبا باللغة العربية على الأقل، ومطابقا للحقيقة من جميع الوجوه، سواء أكان موضوعا على المنتجات ذاتها أم على المحال، أو المخازن، أو على عناوينها، أو الأغلفة، أو الفواتير، أو أوراق الخطابات، أو وسائل الإعلان أو غير ذلك مما يستعمل في عرض البضائع على الجمهور.

The article allows the Minister of Commerce to bar the import, sale or offering of products unless they carry statements of quantity, weight, source or ingredients that affect their value, and to set how they are placed.
إذا كان مقدار المنتجات أو مقاسها أو كيلها أو طاقتها أو وزنها أو مصدرها أو العناصر الداخلة في تركيبها من العوامل التي لها دخل في تقدير قيمتها جاز بقرار يصدر من وزيرالتجارة منع استيراد تلك المنتجات أو بيعها، أو عرضها للبيع، ما لم تحمل بيانا أو أكثر من هذه البيانات. وتحدد بقرار يصدر من وزيرالتجارة الكيفية التي توضع بها…
