يؤخذ على قرار تصديق الصلح رسم حسب الدرجات الآتية:
قرش
50 في الدعاوى التي تبلغ إلى خمسين جنيها.
100 فيما زاد عن خمسين جنيها إلى مائة جنيه.
150 فيما زاد عن مائة جنيه إلى مائتين جنيه، وما زاد عن المائتين الجنيه فتؤخذ عن كل خمسين جنيها عشرة قروش.
