Original text before repeal (Arabic)
يؤخذ عل قرار توقيع الحجز الاحتياطي حسب الدرجات الآتية:
قرش
25 تؤخذ على الدعاوى التي تحتوي على مبلغ إلى الخمسين جنيها.
50 تؤخذ على الدعاوى التي تحتوي على مبلغ من خمسين جنيها إلى مائة جنيه.
100 تؤخذ على الدعاوى التي تحتوي على مبلغ يزيد عن مائة جنيه .
وتؤخذ على كل صورة تبليغ منه نصف الرسم الذي يؤخذ في قرار الحجز وفى قرار تصديق الحجز تراعى النسبة المذكورة في استيفاء الرسم.
