ورقة الصلح المذكورة في المادة السابقة تحرر على ثلاثة نسخ ممضاة من المفلس وديانته مؤرخة بتاريخ البدء والشهر وبعد تصديقهم على ما في المادة السابقة تعطى نسخة إلى أمناء الديانة والثانية للمفلس والثالثة تبقى أساسا بقلم المحكمة.
