إذا قدر بأن جميع الديانة تصالحوا مع المفلس فيحرر بكيفية الصلح تقرير منهم مفصل به الصلح الواقع وفيما إذا كان الصلح على مبلغ معين معلوم يدفع لهم ويجرى إسقاط ما بقي لهم أو كان الصلح على تسليم شيء وتقسيط الباقي وبيان أوقات التقاسيط ويقدم للمحكمة وبعد التصديق عليه من المحكمة يجرى تنفيذ أحكامه حسب الأصول.
