The agent's and distributor's duty to keep usually needed spare parts available at all times and others within a reasonable period, and to provide maintenance and guarantee manufacturing quality throughout the agency and for one year after it ends or a new agent is appointed, whichever is earlier; and this applying to importers and anyone who makes selling a trade for profit.
