No agency may be practiced until registered in the Ministry of Commerce's agency register with its details (the merchant's name, type of goods, principal, date and term of the agency); cases for refusing registration and appealing to the Minister; a one-time registration fee of SAR 500 for an individual merchant and for a company; and guidance contract templates for agents and distributors.

The Article bars carrying on the business of a commercial agent before registering in the agencies register at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and sets its data, the cases for refusing registration and the right to appeal to the Minister.

تحدد رسوم القيد في سجل الوكالات كالآتي: خمسمائة ريال للتاجر الفرد والشركة. وتدفع الرسوم لمرة واحدة.
