A fine of SAR 5,000 to SAR 50,000, published at the violator's expense and without prejudice to compensation; administrative winding up of the business, possible ban from trade, and deportation of a foreigner (or where a partner is non-Saudi); and a three-member body applying penalties, with appeals to the Minister within fifteen days.
