تختص هيئة التحقيق والادعاء العام بالتحقيق والادعاء في الجرائم المنصوص عليها في هذا النظام، وتختص كذلك بتفتيش أماكن إيواء المجني عليهم في تلك الجرائم ؛ للتأكد من تنفيذ الأحكام القضائية في هذا الشأن .
