Paying alimony to someone who has a judgment for it that has not been enforced for a reason other than inability to pay, or a court order while the case is pending; temporary alimony before judgment, which must be repaid within two months if the claim is rejected; the application is submitted on the Fund's form and examined.

1- تصرف النفقة بناء على طلب يقدم من المستفيد، وفقاً لنموذج يعده الصندوق لهذا الغرض، على أن يرفق بالنموذج المستندات والأوراق التي تحددها اللائحة. 2- يتولى الصندوق فحص الطلبات المقدمة إليه؛ للتحقق من استيفاء جميع الشروط وفقاً لما تحدده اللائحة من أحكام في هذا الشأن.
