يُنشأ -وفقاً لأحكام التنظيم- صندوق يسمى (صندوق النفقة)، يرتبط بوزير العدل، وتكون له شخصية اعتبارية، وميزانية مستقلة، ويكون مقره في وزارة العدل.
- Article 3
The article sets the Fund's goal of ensuring that alimony is paid to beneficiaries without delay, under the provisions of the Statute.
يهدف الصندوق إلى ضمان صرف النفقة للمستفيدين دون تأخير، وذلك وفقاً للأحكام الواردة في التنظيم.
- Article 16
The article requires the Fund's Board to issue the Implementing Regulations within 90 days of the date the Statute was issued.
يصدر المجلس اللائحة خلال تسعين يوماً من تاريخ صدور التنظيم.
