تعريفات وأهداف نظام الزراعة — نظام الزراعة
Defines the agricultural sector, plant, animal and live aquatic resources, wild organisms, production inputs and agricultural services. The law's aims are food security and rural development. It does not affect Gulf laws and international agreements, covers the Minister's delegation, and the Implementing Regulations, and takes effect ninety days after publication.

The Agriculture Law aims to regulate, manage, protect, develop and sustain the agricultural sector, contribute to food security and rural development, and regulate its activities.
يهدف النظام إلى تنظيم شؤون القطاع الزراعي، وإدارته، وحمايته، وتنميته، واستدامته، والمساهمة في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي والتنمية الريفية والاجتماعية، وتنظيم الأنشطة المتعلقة به من إنتاج أو استيراد أو تصدير، وغيرها من الأنشطة ذات العلاقة بالقطاع الزراعي.
- Article 34
The Agriculture Law does not prejudice the laws issued within the framework of the Gulf Cooperation Council or the Kingdom's obligations under the relevant international agreements.
لا تخل الأحكام الواردة في النظام بالأحكام الواردة في أي من الأنظمة (القوانين) الصادرة في إطار مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية، أو التزامات المملكة بموجب الاتفاقيات الدولية -ذات الصلة- التي تكون المملكة طرفًا فيها.
- Article 35
The Minister may delegate some of his tasks under the Agriculture Law to public bodies linked organizationally to the Ministry or to him.
للوزير تفويض بعض مهماته -المسندة إليه بمقتضى المواد السابقة من النظام- إلى أي من الجهات العامة المرتبطة بالوزارة أو به تنظيميًّا.
- Article 36
The Minister issues the Implementing Regulations of the Agriculture Law within 90 days of the Law's publication in the Official Gazette, and they take effect from the date the Law takes effect.
يصدر الوزير اللائحة خلال (تسعين) يومًا من تاريخ نشر النظام في الجريدة الرسمية، ويعمل بها من تاريخ نفاذه.
- Article 37
The Agriculture Law takes effect 90 days after the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
يعمل بالنظام بعد (تسعين) يومًا من تاريخ نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
