Methods for treating and safely disposing of agricultural waste, veterinary medical waste and infected livestock, for a fee. The owner is compensated when his livestock is destroyed. The Minister may take measures in crises, disasters and imminent threats to the agricultural sector.

The Ministry determines how to treat and dispose of agricultural and veterinary waste and infected resources; this may be done for a fee, with the owner compensated for resources destroyed.
تتولى الوزارة -بالتنسيق مع الجهات ذات العلاقة- تحديد طرق المعالجة والتخلص الآمن مما يأتي: 1- المخلفات الزراعية. 2- المخلفات الطبية البيطرية. 3- ثروات القطاع الزراعي أو منتجاته أو مدخلات إنتاجه المصابة أو المشتبه في إصابتها بالأمراض أو الأوبئة أو الآفات. وللوزارة أو مقدم الخدمة -بحسب الأحوال- القيام بنشاط المعالجة…
- Article 8
The Minister, in coordination with the relevant authorities, takes the necessary measures in any crisis, emergency, disaster or imminent danger threatening the agricultural sector, people or public health.
يتولى الوزير -عند وقوع أي أزمة أو حالة طارئة أو كارثة أو خطر وشيك متعلق بالقطاع الزراعي قد يؤدي إلى الإضرار بالقطاع أو بالإنسان أو الصحة العامة- اتخاذ ما يلزم من إجراءات وتدابير لمنع تفاقم أي من ذلك؛ وذلك بالتنسيق مع الجهات ذات العلاقة.
