The listing guide — completion score and steps

How the first-run tour, the “Complete your listing” card and the completion score work, and what counts for each step.

Last updated:

The first time you open the lawyer dashboard, a short tour introduces the platform and walks you through completing your listing one step at a time. After that, a “Complete your listing” card stays at the top of the dashboard with a completion ring and every step.

How the score works

  • Each step is checked automatically from your listing’s real data; you don’t tick anything yourself. The score updates as soon as you save.
  • Steps have different weights (for example, verification and your bio count more than working hours).
  • Steps locked on your plan (such as the payout bank account) are left out of the score, so a free listing can reach 100%.
  • At 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% you get a small celebration.

  • Start the tour reopens the tour any time.
  • The close button (×) hides the card; a small link with your score stays so you can show it again.
  • When you open a step from the guide, a bar at the top of that page confirms it’s done and takes you to the next step.
