Violations such as altering passport data or photo, negligence leading to loss, letting others use, sell or pledge it, using another's passport, and entering or leaving other than through the ports or without a document; a fine of up to SAR 100,000 or a travel ban of up to five years; the hearing committee and grievance before the Board of Grievances; referral to the Public Prosecution.

The article regulates the committee on travel document violations, the penalty by decision of the Minister or his delegate with a grievance before the Board of Grievances, referral to the Public Prosecution, and automatic cancellation of the document in specified cases.
1- تشكل بقرار من وزير الداخلية لجنة أو أكثر، وتتكون كل لجنة من ثلاث أعضاء يكون أحدهم مستشارا نظاميا ، تختص بالنظر في المخالفات المنصوص عليها في المادة العاشرة من هذا النظام واقتراح العقوبات المناسبة لها. 2 - يصدر بتوقيع العقوبة قرار من وزير الداخلية أو من ينيبه. ويحق لمن صدر بحقه قرار بذلك التظلم أمام ديوان المظالم…
