Leaving the Kingdom is not allowed except with a valid travel document and through the ports set by the Minister of Interior; a travel ban is not allowed except by a court judgment or a decision of the Minister of Interior or the Head of State Security, for specified reasons and a known period, with the banned person notified within a week; specifying countries to which travel is not allowed.
