Punishing a breadwinner who does not spend the pension on his dependents with a fine of up to SAR 5,000 or imprisonment of up to three months; punishing anyone who obtains social security money without right with a fine of up to SAR 10,000 or imprisonment of up to one year, plus repayment; the heavier penalty applying; and the Public Prosecution's jurisdiction over investigation and prosecution.
