The duty of a father who acknowledges his children, or who denies them where their lineage is established, to regularize their status lawfully and spend on them; referral of the family, if the father is unable, to the charitable association for the care of Saudi families abroad to set a monthly amount according to their living conditions; and including eligible persons in social security.

Item one requires a Saudi father to regularize the status of, and support, his children abroad born to a non-Saudi mother, and sets what the mother does if he denies them or disowns them.

Item five provides that social security covers those Saudi children abroad born to a non-Saudi mother whose entitlement to it is established under the law.
