Participation, Attempt and Exemption from Penalty in the Saudi Money Counterfeiting Law
الاشتراك والشروع والإعفاء من العقوبة — النظام الجزائي الخاص بتزييف وتقليد النقود
Punishing the accomplice by incitement, contribution or assistance with the penalty for the offense; an attempt at half the penalty; and exemption by royal order for someone who informs the authorities before the offense is completed and facilitates the arrest of his accomplices.

- Article 7
The Article provides that anyone who takes part in a crime under this Law, by incitement, contribution, or assistance, is punished with the same penalties prescribed for the crime.
كل من اشترك في اقتراف جريمة من الجرائم المنصوص عليها في هذا النظام سواءً بالتحريض أو المساهمة أو المساعدة يعاقب بذات العقوبات المقررة للجريمة.
- Article 8
The Article provides that attempting any crime under this Law is punished with a penalty equal to half the penalty prescribed for the completed crime.
يعاقب على الشروع في أية جريمة من الجرائم المنصوص عليها في هذا النظام بعقوبة تعادل نصف العقوبة المقررة للجريمة التامة.
- Article 10
The Article allows offenders under this Law to be exempted by royal order, on the Prime Minister's proposal, if they inform the competent authorities of the acts before they are completed and facilitate the arrest of their remaining accomplices.
يعفى بأمر ملكي - بناءً على اقتراح رئيس مجلس الوزراء - الأشخاص المرتكبون للجرائم المنصوص عليها في هذا النظام، إذا أخبروا السلطات المختصة بتلك الأفعال قبل تمامها وسهلوا القبض على باقي شركائهم.
