Imprisonment of up to one year and a fine of up to two thousand riyals, or one thousand, for making or possessing coins or papers resembling currency, for sale, that mislead the public, and for printing or publishing images of paper currency without a license.

The Article punishes anyone who makes or possesses, with intent to sell, metal pieces or papers resembling the currency in circulation in the Kingdom where the resemblance is likely to mislead the public.
كل من صنع أو حاز ، بقصد البيع لأغراض ثقافية، أو صناعية، أو تجارية قطعاً معدنية ، أو أوراقاً مشابهة في مظهرها للعملة المتداولة نظاماً في المملكة العربية السعودية، وكان من شأن هذه المشابهة إيقاع الجمهور في الغلط، يعاقب بالسجن لمدة لا تزيد عن سنة واحدة وبغرامة لا تتجاوز ألفي ريال، أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين.

The Article punishes anyone who prints, publishes, or uses for the purposes in Article 4 images of Saudi paper currency without a license from the competent authorities or contrary to its restrictions.
كل من طبع أو نشر أو استعمل للأغراض المذكورة في المادة الرابعة من هذا النظام صوراً تمثل وجهاً أو جزءاً من وجه لعملة ورقية متداولة نظاماً في المملكة العربية السعودية، بدون أن يحصل على ترخيص من الجهات المختصة ويعمل بالقيود المفروضة في هذا الترخيص، يعاقب بالسجن لمدة لا تتجاوز سنة وبغرامة لا تتجاوز ألف ريال، أو بإحدى…
