المادة 4 من نظام التقاعد العسكري

مدة الخدمة التي تحسب في تطبيق أحكام نظام التقاعد العسكري تشمل:
أ ) مدة الخدمة الفعلية في القوات العسكرية التي تستوفي عنها العائدات التقاعدية بموجب أحكام هذا النظام أو نظم التقاعد السابقة وتشمل مدة الإعارة بموجب أنظمة الخدمة العسكرية بشرط استيفاء العائدات التقاعدية عنها .
ب ) مدة الخدمة الفعلية المدنية إذا كانت محسوبة في التقاعد في أي من نظم الخدمة المدنية ولم يصرف للعسكري بسبب انتهائها معاش تقاعدي أو مكافأة.

صدر بشأن هذه الفقرة قراري مجلس الوزراء رقم (1212) وتاريخ 23 / 9 / 1397 هـ ورقم (247) وتاريخ 21 / 2 / 1398 هـ ،
كما صدر بشأنها مرسوم ملكي رقم (م/48) وتاريخ 12 / 8 / 1403 هـ .

مدة الخدمة التي تحسب في تطبيق أحكام نظام التقاعد العسكري تشمل:
أ ) مدة الخدمة الفعلية في القوات العسكرية التي تستوفي عنها العائدات التقاعدية بموجب أحكام هذا النظام أو نظم التقاعد السابقة وتشمل مدة الإعارة بموجب أنظمة الخدمة العسكرية بشرط استيفاء العائدات التقاعدية عنها .
