Imprisonment of one month to three years and a fine of SAR 5,000 to 1 million for unlawful commercial use, imitation and unfair competition; publication of the judgment; doubled penalty and closure of the shop for repeat offenses within three years; and confiscation of tools and destruction of products.

Anyone who intentionally commits unlawful commercial use or imitation of a geographical indication, imitation of a product's renowned features, or unfair competition faces prison and a fine, doubled for repeat offenses.

- Article 22
A repeat offender is anyone who commits the violation again within three years of the judgment becoming final.
يعد عائدًا كل من عاد إلى ارتكاب المخالفة خلال (ثلاث) سنوات من تاريخ اكتساب الحكم الصادر الصفة النهائية.
- Article 23
Once any act in Article 21 is established, the court may confiscate the tools and machines used and destroy the products at the convicted person's expense or dispose of them through non-commercial channels after removing the violation.
للمحكمة المختصة، عند ثبوت ارتكاب أي من الأفعال الواردة في المادة (الحادية والعشرين) من النظام، أن تحكم بمصادرة الأدوات والآلات التي استخدمت في ارتكاب المخالفة، وإتلاف المنتجات على نفقة المحكوم عليه أو التصرف بها عبر قنوات غير تجارية بعد إزالة المخالفة.
