1- يحل هذا النظام محل نظام مجلس الأوقاف الأعلى الصادر بالمرسوم الملكي رقم (م/35) وتاريخ 18 /7 /1386هـ، ويعمل به بعد تسعين يوماً من تاريخ نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
2 - تسري على الأوقاف التي تكون الهيئة ناظرة عليها ؛ الأحكام الواردة في هذا النظام استثناءً من حكم المادة (الثالثة والعشرين بعد المائتين) من نظام المرافعات الشرعية الصادر بالمرسوم الملكي رقم (م/1) وتاريخ 22 /1 /1435هـ.
3 - يلغي هذا النظام كل ما يتعارض معه من أحكام أخرى، بما في ذلك الأحكام الواردة في نظام الهيئة العامة للولاية على أموال القاصرين ومن في حكمهم الصادر بالمرسوم الملكي رقم (م/17) وتاريخ 13 /3 /1427هـ.

This is the closing article of the law, and it contains three provisions:
Paragraph 1: replacement and entry into force.
- This law replaces the Supreme Council of Endowments Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/35) dated 18/7/1386 AH.
- It takes effect 90 days after the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Paragraph 2: relationship with the Law of Sharia Procedure. The provisions of this law apply to endowments of which the Authority is supervisor, as an exception to the provision of Article 223 of the Law of Sharia Procedure issued by Royal Decree No. (M/1) dated 22/1/1435 AH. This means that where this law and that article conflict concerning these endowments, the provisions of this law take precedence. The text of Article 223 itself does not appear here, so we do not address its content.
Paragraph 3: repeal. This law repeals all conflicting provisions of other laws, including the provisions in the Law of the General Authority for Guardianship of Minors' Funds and the like, issued by Royal Decree No. (M/17) dated 13/3/1427 AH.
Notes:
- The exception in paragraph 2 is limited to endowments of which the Authority is supervisor, and the text does not mention others.
- The repeal in paragraph 3 is limited to what "conflicts" with this law, so provisions of those laws that do not conflict with it are not covered by the repeal under the text of this article.
