The Regulation replacing the regulation approved at the Supreme Council's twentieth session; its application three months after the Supreme Council's approval and review after three years; and the Financial and Economic Cooperation Committee's competence to interpret it.

Article 6
The article provides that the regulation replaces the one approved at the 20th session, applies 3 months after the Supreme Council approves it and is reviewed after 3 years, and gives interpretation to the Financial and Economic Cooperation Committee.
1 - يحل هذا التنظيم محل التنظيم المقر في الدورة العشرين للمجلس الأعلى. 2 - يطبق هذا التنظيم بعد ثلاثة أشهر من موافقة المجلس الأعلى عليه، وتجري مراجعته بهدف تطويره وتحسينه بعد ثلاث سنوات من بدء تطبيقه. 3 - للجنة التعاون المالي والاقتصادي حق تفسير مواد هذا التنظيم.
