Article 10 of the Saudi Explosives and Fireworks Law

8. Storing and transporting fireworks.
9. Holding fireworks displays, their venues and those authorized to operate them.

The list shows that most items concern explosives, while the last two concern fireworks.

The article's importance to those dealing in these materials is that the detailed obligations, such as the specifications of a warehouse or the conditions for a transport vehicle, are found not in the Law but in the Regulations. The article says nothing of the content of these conditions, so the Regulations must be consulted directly.
