للحائز -غير الراهن- أن يعود على الراهن بما ينفقه -من مصروفات معقولة عرفًا- في سبيل اتخاذ التدابير والإجراءات والتصرفات اللازمة للمحافظة على المال المرهون وحمايته وصيانته وإصلاحه، ما لم يتفق على غير ذلك.
