يجب أن يكون كل من دفاتر اليومية والجرد والتوثق محررات بصورة منتظمة دون أن يتخلل الصحيفة فراغ أو بياض وأن تكون خالية من العلاوات والتحشية والمسح والحك وأن تكون صحائفها مرقومة بعدد متسلسل من الابتداء إلى الانتهاء.
