للمحجوز عليه والمحجوز عنده أن يعترض على الحجز في داخل ثمانية أيام من تاريخ التبليغ إذا كان مقيما بالبلدة التي بها المحكمة وإلا فيضاف إلى المهلة مدة بالنسبة إلى بعد المسافة ووسائط النقل.
