كافة الصكوك التي تصدر من المجلس التجاري المتعلقة بالمرافعات التجارية ضمن القضايا المبحوث عنها في المادة (443) من هذا النظام تكون معتبرة ونافذة الإجراء إذا كانت موافقة لأصولها واكتسبت الحكم القطعي بموجب هذا النظام .
