الإخطار والاعتراضات والشكايات المذكورة إذا لم تعرض وتبلغ في ظرف (48) ساعة ولم تتقدم عريضة بالدعوى في ظرف واحد وثلاثين يوما اعتبارا من تاريخ تبليغها فتصير في حكم الملغاة.
