دعاوى نولون السفينة ومعاشات وأجر الربان والملاحين وباقي المأمورين والخدمة والمستخدمين فيها وإيفاء ذلك وإعطاء المبالغ التي تكون الركاب مديونة بها وتسليم البضائع المشحونة ترد من طرف الخصم بواسطة مرور الزمان إذا كانت مرت سنة واحدة منذ وصولها إلى المحل المشروط ذهابها إليه وكذلك الدعاوى التي تتعلق بالمأكولات المعطاة بأمر الربان إلى الملاحين وباقي مأموري السفينة وخدامها ترد بواسطة مرور الزمن إذا كانت مرت سنة واحدة على إعطائها.
