السكورتة تكون عن البضائع التي تشحن بالسفن التي يتصرح عددها وتتعين أسماؤها ويبين أيضا مقدار ما يضمن لكل واحد منها وإذا كان الوسق شحن بواحدة أو بعدة منها فقط فحينئذ يكون صاحب السكورتة مسئولا بمقدار ما ضمنه على كل واحدة من السفن التي شحنت البضاعة بها ولو ضاعت جميع السفن المشروطة ويكون له حق بأن يفسخ قوندراتو السكورته ويستحصل التضمين المسطر في المادة (343) المذكورة آنفا.
