Original text before repeal (Arabic)
تنظم عقود مقاولات الاستقراض البحري إما بصورة رسمية أو فيما بين الطرفين فقط ويذكر به.
أولا: مقدار الدراهم المستقرضة مع مقدار الربح المشروط.
ثانيا: نوع المرهون بمقابلة المبالغ المستقرضة.
ثالثا: اسم السفينة وأسماء وشهرة صاحبها وربانها والقارضين والمستقرضين.
رابعا: هل كان ذلك الإقراض والاستقراض الواقع لأجل سفرة واحدة أو وقت معين وما هي مدته.
خامسا: الوقت الذي يوفى به المبلغ المستقرض وربحه.
سادسا: الوقت والتاريخ اللذان وقع فيهما الاستقراض.
