إذا وقع منع مختص بأمر المتاجرة مع المحل المشروط ذهاب السفينة إليه ولزم الأمر إلى عودتها مع وسقها وكانت مستأجرة ذهابا وإيابا فيكون للربان الحق باستحصال النولون عن ذهابها فقط.
