الملاح الذي يرسل بحرا أو برا بخدمة للسفينة إذا أسر فيكون حق أن يستحصل أجرته بتمامها وعدا عن ذلك إذا وصل المركب بالسلامة إلى الميناء فتكون له صلاحية على أن يطلب أيضا تضمينات لأجل عتقه.
