إذا قضت الضرورة أن يقترب الربان إلى إحدى الموانئ العربية أو الأجنبية مبتعدا أثناء سيره وسفره عن الطريق المخصوص فعليه أن يبين أسباب ذلك إلى المأمورين المبينين في المادة (207 و 208) المحررتين أعلاه بحسب محله.
