تدارك نوبة المركب وانتخاب جميع ملاحيه ونصبهم وتعيين معاشاتهم وأجرتهم هو من اختصاص مأمورية الربان إنما إذا فعل ذلك في المحل الذي توجد فيه أصحاب السفينة فيكون مجبورا بإجراء ذلك بانضمام رأيهم.
