Provides for collecting religious zakat from Saudi individuals and companies, and limits the Income Tax Law to non-Saudi individuals and companies. It has applied since 1/1/1370 AH.

Articles of the Saudi Zakat Collection Law
- Article 1The Article limits the application of Decree No. (17/2/28/3321) dated 21/1/1370 AH to individuals and companies that do not hold Saudi nationality.
- Article 2The Article provides that obligatory zakat is collected from individuals and companies holding Saudi nationality in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Shari'ah.
- Article 3The Article ties the decree's taking effect to the date the provisions of Decree No. (17/2/28/3321) dated 21/1/1370 AH are applied.
- Article 4The Article provides that the decree be communicated to whoever needs it to carry out its provisions; it is the closing Article, followed by the royal signature.
