The medical committee consists of the medical official for the royal clinics, the director of King Faisal Specialist Hospital and three deans of medical colleges; it issues medical reports and may seek help from whomever it sees fit.

The article forms a medical committee of the medical officer of the Royal Clinics, the medical director of King Faisal Specialist Hospital and three deans of medical colleges, which issues the medical reports referred to in the Law.
تكون لجنة طبية من كل من: 1- المسئول الطبي عن العيادات الملكية. 2- المدير الطبي لمستشفى الملك فيصل التخصصي. 3 - ثلاثة من عمداء كليات الطب في المملكة تختارهم هيئة البيعة. وتتولى اللجنة إصدار التقارير الطبية المشار إليها في هذا النظام، ولها أن تستعين بمن تراه من الأطباء.

The article regulates the King's inability to exercise his powers for health reasons: a medical report, then a temporary transfer of powers to the Crown Prince, or pledging allegiance to him as King if the condition is permanent.
في حالة توفر القناعة لدى الهيئة بعدم قدرة الملك على ممارسة سلطاته لأسباب صحية، تقوم الهيئة بتكليف اللجنة الطبية المنصوص عليها في هذا النظام بإعداد تقرير طبي عن الحالة الصحية للملك، فإذا أثبت التقرير الطبي أن عدم قدرة الملك على ممارسة سلطاته تعد حالة مؤقتة، فتقوم الهيئة بإعداد محضر إثبات بذلك وعندئذ تنتقل مباشرة سلطات…
