تم تعديل هذه المادة بموجب قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم (46) وتاريخ 30 / 2 / 1420 هـ ، بحيث يضاف اليها النص الآتي:
أضيفت منشآت مدينة الملك عبد العزيز للعلوم والتقنية إلى المرافق التي يشملها هذا النظام.
