Official amendment text (Arabic)
- إضافة (مادة جديدة) بعد هذه المادة تحمل الرقم (الحادية والأربعون) وذلك بموجب الأمر الملكي رقم (أ / 21) وتاريخ 30 / 3 / 1414هـ، لتكون بالنص الآتي: "لايجوز تعديل هذا النظام الا بالطريقة التي تم بها إصداره".
