The Minister of Interior issues the Implementing Regulations within ninety days; the law is published and takes effect ninety days after publication; and anything conflicting with it is repealed.

The article requires the Minister of Interior to issue the Implementing Regulations within 90 days, to be published in the Official Gazette and take effect after the Law comes into force.
يصدر وزير الداخلية اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا النظام خلال تسعين يوما، وتنشر في الجريدة الرسمية، ويعمل بها بعد نفاذ هذا النظام.

The Law is published in the Official Gazette and takes effect 90 days after its publication, repealing any provisions that conflict with it.
ينشر هذا النظام في الجريدة الرسمية، ويعمل به بعد تسعين يوما من تاريخ نشره، ويلغي كل ما يتعارض معه من أحكام. .
