يجب على المحكمة أن تتأكد من صحة موقع العقار وحدوده وأضلاعه ومساحته، وأن يقف عليه القاضي - أو من ينيبه - مع مهندس إن لزم الأمر، ويحرر محضر بذلك، ويثبت في ضبط الاستحكام.
