يجوز أن تسحب الكمبيالة مستحقة الوفاء لدى الاطلاع أو بعد مدة معينة من الاطلاع أو بعد مدة معينة من تاريخ إنشاء الكمبيالة أو في يوم معين.
ولا يجوز أن تشتمل الكمبيالة على مواعيد استحقاق أخرى أو على مواعيد استحقاق متعاقبة وإلا كانت باطلة.

- صدر قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم (251) وتاريخ 1442/4/23هـ، المتضمن تفسير المادة بشأن عبارة "لدى الاطلاع" انها تشمل العبارتين الآتيتين "عند الطلب" و "عند التقديم".

يجوز أن تسحب الكمبيالة مستحقة الوفاء لدى الاطلاع أو بعد مدة معينة من الاطلاع أو بعد مدة معينة من تاريخ إنشاء الكمبيالة أو في يوم معين.
ولا يجوز أن تشتمل الكمبيالة على مواعيد استحقاق أخرى أو على مواعيد استحقاق متعاقبة وإلا كانت باطلة.
