Original text before repeal (Arabic)
إذا ثبت على المضمن الكيفية التي سبق ذكرها في مادة (316) المذكورة أعلاه فحينئذ يحكم عليه بأن يعطى خرج السكورتة إلى صاحب السكورتة مضاعفا وإن ثبت ذلك على صاحب السكورتة فيعطى هو كذلك بدل السكورتة إلى المضمن مضاعفا وعدا عن ذلك ينظر في محاكمتهما الجزائية لكي يترتب جزاؤها بحسب أحكام قانون الجزاء.
