1- تجتمع الجمعية العمومية لاتحاد الغرف في مقره الرئيس مرة على الأقل كل سنة خلال الـــ(تسعين) يوماً التالية لانتهاء السنة المالية، وذلك بدعوة من رئيس اتحاد الغرف.
2- تجوز دعوة الجمعية العمومية لاتحاد الغرف إلى الانعقاد؛ بناءً على طلب يقدم من مجلس إدارته أو من عدد لا يقل عن (20%) من أعضاء الجمعية العمومية للاتحاد إلى رئيس اتحاد الغرف، وعلى الرئيس الدعوة إلى عقد الاجتماع خلال مدة لا تتجاوز (ثلاثين) يومًا من تاريخ تقديم الطلب.
3- تحدد اللائحة إجراءات وشروط عقد الجمعية العمومية لاتحاد الغرف وممارسة اختصاصاتها.

This article governs meetings of the Federation of Chambers' General Assembly:
- The annual meeting: the Assembly meets at the Federation's main seat at least once a year, within the ninety days following the end of the fiscal year, at the call of the president of the Federation of Chambers.
