يقتصر عمل الوساطة على من يكون حاصلا على ترخيص ساري المفعول، ويعمل وكيلا لشركة مساهمة مرخص لها بممارسة أعمال الوساطة، ما لم يكن ذلك الشخص قد استثني من تلك المتطلبات حسب الفقرة (ج) من المادة الثانية والثلاثين.
